Although I’m digging the bamboo forks she has used to keep the bunny ears propped up perfectly in the cupcakes, I’ll bet you could also just keep the entire bunny cookie intact, and then stick it into the cupcake to where only the ears are surfacing. Probably not as pretty, and you might have to insert the bunny cookies before your frost them, but it’s another alternative. Also, if you don’t have bamboo forks, Callye has some other wonderful suggestions to use in place of them.
