Guilt-free and ice cream don’t seem to go together, but I think I’ve just found an exception! Who knew you could turn frozen bananas into a creamy texture similar to frozen yogurt. Although yummy alone, you could also add some natural peanut butter and/or cocoa powder for taste. Perhaps even some fresh fruit!
