Dan is on to something here!! He has turned an ordinary and familiar comfort food into something fancy. Yeah, sure, it’s basically just macaroni and cheese, but I certainly wouldn’t be ashamed to serve these up at a party! They are filled with seasoned taco meat, but you could also use veggies (broccoli?) as a filler to make them vegetarian friendly.
