I’ve had this weird obsession with brussels sprouts lately, and have been regretting my former years of avoiding them. I think I can safely say that I LOVE them. When they are roasted with a bit of butter and garlic — O.M.G. So, with my new found love, I’ve been on a hunt for unique ways to prepare these yummy little pieces of heaven. Found one!
